We have 5-star reviews on Facebook and 4.5 on Google because we ensure our customers love Little Henry's Diner. To be considered to be a part of the team you will need to bring the following:
Outgoing personality
The roles at Little Henry's Diner will have you engaging with other staff, management and of course, our amazing customers so you will need to smile and be proactive in engaging with others.
Minimum two shifts per week
To be considered you will be required to work a minimum of two shifts per week, one of which will be on a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday.
Presentation
Pride in your presentation and adherence to uniform policy is essential.
Reliability
You must be on time for every shift.
Food Safety Training
Upon selection, you will have 7 days in which to complete food safety training. This is an online course which is provided at no cost to you.
Positions
At Little Henry's we have roles including Bussy (dishwasher and table setter), Cook, Pizza Cook and Front of House. Everyone starts in the Bussy position and if you can master that then you will be given opportunities to train up into other roles.
If you are provided an opportunity to join the team you will be under a probationary period where your performance will be assessed and team cohesion considered.
